email notifications not working

    Hi - I haven't received any email notificaitons since July 11 on this form. Not sure if we are having trouble with any of the other ones, but I know this one for sure. I've already checked to make sure our ISP isn't blocking Jotform and that it's not going to spam. Please advise.

    We are really sorry for inconvenience caused. To solve this issue can you please try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to and then do a test?

    Also, whitelist Jotform's mail sever Ips as follows;
