Hi - I haven't received any email notificaitons since July 11 on this form. Not sure if we are having trouble with any of the other ones, but I know this one for sure. I've already checked to make sure our ISP isn't blocking Jotform and that it's not going to spam. Please advise.Page URL:

We are really sorry for inconvenience caused. To solve this issue can you please try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to email@example.com and then do a test?
Also, whitelist Jotform's mail sever Ips as follows;
