I want to use configurable list or any similar widget, but it loads blank in Chrome and Mozilla both.
I web-inspected the problem in Mozilla:-
Load denied by X-Frame-Options: https://widgets.jotform.io/pdfEmbed/?qid=5&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fform.jotform.me does not permit cross-origin framing. (unknown)
Failed to execute ‘postMessage’ on ‘DOMWindow’: The target origin provided (‘https://widgets.jotform.io’) does not match the recipient window’s origin (‘null’).
In Chrome, the error messages are:
Refused to display 'https://widgets.jotform.io/pdfEmbed/?qid=5&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fform.jotform.me' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.
widgets.jotform.io/pdfEmbed/?qid=5&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fform.jotform.me Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE
3postMessage.js:65 Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://widgets.jotform.io') does not match the recipient window's origin ('null').

As far as I know, the "X-frame origin" error is related to the network connection. In this case on the current internet connection you were using that was blocking the widgets service from loading.
I checked your form but I the widget on the form was loading fine without any console error occurring.
Do you have any other internet connection option you can test loading the form? It will be better if you can try test it also using a different internet connection.
Let us know if issue persist.
