I have enabled one of my forms but it isn't appearing on my website as it should. Would this have something to do with submission storage space? Will it just refuse to appear as it knows it can't take anymore submissions, as we've maxed out the storage space?

Hi,
If your form isn't available because you've exceeded the submission limit, it should still show on your webpage and show "Form is currently unavailable" error message, like the one in the screenshot below:
I inspected your webpage that your provided, and I couldn't find any jotform code there, are you sure the code hasn't been removed or something? You can try re-embedding it using the iframe method, that will overcome any script conflict. Please see:

Thank you!

info7614Replied on May 22, 2017 at 9:43 AMHi so I've tried copy and pasting this link code from Iframe into webpage,
but all it brings up is the actual code on the webpage not the form itself.
Is there a step I'm missing?

You need to copy your form's Iframe code(follow the steps on this guide to get it: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code), then embed it in your site. If the form does not show up, please leave it like that and let us know, so we can check further.
