I have received multiple messages about my account being downgraded despite speaking with a company rep and providing my credit card info. Now I cannot see any of my forms within my account. Please help me asap as we are relying heavily on jotform for a project.

When I check your email address email@example.com, I cannot find any related Jotform account. There is an only a guest account. Because of this reason, you may not be able to see your forms. Would you please let us know the username of your account so that we can inspect it in detail? Also, you can share with us the URL of your form.
