I created a form and then it disappeared.

I created a form and when I went back to edit it later it was gone.  It's not in the trash and I didn't see it as archived.  Where else could it be?

While I was checking your account I only saw shared forms in your account.

The form you are searching for can reside in one of these folders. If it is not, you may happen to create form while you are not logged into your account which makes form to be owned by a guest account. In that case, tell us its name if you remember it or describe it. Due to the fact that there are several different accounts logged in to our system from your ip address, I cannot come up with the form you have edited.
