Help with using the same list of options to populate forms

I'm working on a series of forms and will end up with 3 different forms, all of which I need to populate a pulldown field with a universal list of employee names.  Here's one of the three:  https://form.jotform.us/71373854770160/

I am hoping to create a list that I can use instead of the "Predefined Options" so as I add or remove employees, I don't have to go back and edit each field in each of the dropdown elements to add or remove employees.  All dropdowns in all three forms have exactly the same selections in the dropdown and all are identical.

I started a test form to see if I inserted a prior page and created user filled short text entries in an attempt to have that data flow through to the pulldowns, but go lost in the logic of prepopulating the pulldown fields from the short text entry options.  I wouldn't be opposed to using a input table either if the selections across the top of the table could be prepopulated using the short text entries either.  Here's a link to the test form:  https://form.jotform.us/71414586770158

Any help or suggestions would greatly appreciated!!!

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you want to use the same set of options for each dropdown and manage them by creating a separate list? Unfortunately, it is not possible since every field is different to each other and have distinct options and it is required to set the values separately.

I have checked your test JotForm and see that you set a few conditions to copy the short text entry value to the dropdown menu. This condition can be used only to select the appropriate option when it is already set in the dropdown and it should match the value in the condition.

Hope this information helps! Let us know if you are referring something different. We will be happy to help.

Thanks, Kiran!  Sounds like there isn't a simple solution to customizing the dropdowns.  If I used an input table instead of dropdowns, is there a way to have the column fields of the input table populate from values generated on a prior page of short text entries?  For example, Page 1 of the form has 3 boxes of employee names which they input on page one.  Page 2 has an input table.  Across the top of the input table, instead of "very satisfied", "satisfied", etc those same values would populate with the names of the employees keyed into the text entries on page 1?

Unfortunately, this is also not possible to change the columns of an input table field. It looks like that you need a customized form that you may build using the full source code of the form and adding some scripts to the code. If you are not a programmer, you may hire a programmer from Upwork or Freelancer to achieve your requirement.
