I am not getting the form submissions directly to my email

And on the form I also assumed that when I placed the address box a person could type out their full address. Instead it came back saying the box only accepts numerical values. That's strange. Then what would I set up for the street name to be typed in? I just used the small entry box instead and labelled it "Full Address" so people could type in full address which includes number and street name and apt # also if necessary. all together.

I made a "Maintenance Request form" and I tested it out, but assumed the reply to this form would go directly to my email, which it did not. Does that mean I would have to login multiple times during the day to check for responses to the Maintenance Request form? That is quite cumbersome in my view, especially when there is little time to continually check during busy time periods.

Otherwise I enjoyed the ease with which I was able to make up the forms

If you have added a form email, you should receive each submission by email. I'd like to check the form, but I cannot seem to find it using your current email address. Your account "owaygen" doesn't have any form yet.

Let us know the form URL so we can check it for you.

For the meantime, read this guide to troubleshoot the problem to your end: https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-I-am-not-receiving-email-notifications

As for the address field problem, I have moved that into a separate thread. We need to split it so we can assist you properly. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1151179
