    Form not found error - urgent problem

    Dear Jotform,

     

    When people try to make reservations for my master's performance - the form "Dinsdag 30 mei" for the option "17u15", they get the error message:

    Oops!
    Form not found: 70964982016362

     

    I have repeated the action myself and I get the same error message. Also from different devices.
    Even though the form still clearly exists.
    I need to fix this asap. Any tips and fixes are welcome.
    Please advise!

    Thank you so much for your quick reply!

    However, the issue has not been resolved.
    I keep getting this error message when submitting a response to the form.
    Both on my laptop and mobile device.

    Please advise.

    I tested one of your forms and the submission just went through.  As far as I can tell, your forms should be working at this time.

    I cleared your forms cache in case if was a caching issue.  Let us know if you still cannot submit forms and we will look into this further.

    Ah, after I received your test submission, everything started working again perfectly!
