Error - Form Not Found - urgent problem

    Dear Jotform,

    When people try to book a reservation through my jotform "Dinsdag 30 mei" for the option "17u15" they get the error message:

    Oops!
    Form not found: 70964982016362

    I have checked it myself, repeated the action and I also get this error message.
    I need to fix this asap, as people are trying to book their tickets for my master's degree performance.
    I also hope this is not the case for any of the other options...

    Please advise!
