I'm getting an error in the address field that says the field only accepts numerical values

And on the form I also assumed that when I placed the address box a person could type out their full address. Instead it came back saying the box only accepts numerical values. That's strange. Then what would I set up for the street name to be typed in? I just used the small entry box instead and labelled it "Full Address" so people could type in full address which includes number and street name and apt # also if necessary. all together.

I think that error is due to the Zip code box. Please add the address field again and let us know the form URL so we can check the error.
