I will be purchasing separate jot form accounts for my clients.
My company provides safety services for my clients.
I have chosen jotform to handle their safety observations. I will develop their Jot forms and handle all of the reporting.
When I purchase each clients account, can I use my same email address?

Yes, you can use the email email address for all accounts but would need to sign up using a different email address for each one. Once the account is created, you can change the email address to yours from the account settings page.
This would require logging in using the account username instead of email address since our system would not be able to pick the correct account each time based on the email address.
