I have a Bronze account with 3 sub-users available. I created a sub-user and my additional user can see our shared forms, but I cannot see her forms, and she is not able to create forms for my account under her user with the Jot Form branding removed. We just want different team members to be able to have their own access login, but we all want to be on the same team working on the same forms. Please advise.
Thanks,
Shelly

Upon inspection I found that you have setup one sub-account user so far, and it is in the Free status.
I confirm that even though your sub-account user clicks on your username in the "Shared with you" section, they are not able to create forms in your account.
Please note that in the normal use of sub-accounts, the sub-accounts will be able to create forms that belong to the parent account, and so both can view and edit them. We have a guide on how to share forms with a sub-account user here: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User
I am escalating this issue so that our developers can look into it. You will be notified of any progress via this thread.
Apologies for any inconvenience.

Hello iver56,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Sub-users can not create new forms behalf of the parent account. But they can create forms for their account (with own limits) and transfer these forms to the parent account by dragging to the Shared Folder. If sub-user has already 5 forms, he/she may archive/delete a form temporarily to create a form and move it to the parent account. Afterwards, sub-user can unarchive the forms.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
