How do I create a form that will bounce me to another form depending which answer I choose?

I want to create a form that has three different forms attached to it, so for instance the first question would be what type of form do you require, 1, 2, or 3.

This can be implemented with conditional logic on form. You will need to add the 'Change Thank You Page' conditions to your form. The form user will be redirected once the form is submitted.
