I have a customer who is trying to submit their request via the JotForm and upon completing, they are stating they get a blank page along with the message, Error-website is either down or https://www.jotform.com/submissions/50545038928157 has moved to a new website location

So far there was no reported downtime for JotForm in the last 24 hours. You can also check the status update using this link .

I also checked the form you mentioned and I see it active and available at this time as well.
It could also be temporary glitch during the time the user encountered the issue.
