Is there a way for the submission date/time to be in EST?

Hi I am trying to use this for the residents of my development and the time stamp seems to be 1 hour behind.  Is there a way to change this?

Also, it appears there are times when I do submit something and it doesn't come thru for 30 minutes, is that common?

    Thanks,
    Erin

The time stamp for submissions is based on your account local time.  If it is off by an hour, adjust your timezone accordingly in your account settings page:

Submissions should come through immediately.  Emails should be triggered very shortly after the submission is received.  If you are still seeing any sort of delay, please create a new thread letting us know which form specifically and we will be happy to have a look:
