I have a little problem : I was working on a form whiwh was perfectly working but at the moment when I added a collaborator, the form gone down and I can't preview it or complete it anymore.
Why please ? And how can I fix this ?

I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.
I have checked your JotForm and see that the forms are normal and clean. I have activated your account now. The forms should be displaying correctly. Please check and let us know if you notice any further issue.
