How to see the forms after payment and submission has been done

I am done creating form but when I had a friend test the link created he was able to make payment and received a notice that his information has been received but when I check my email I do not see the forms with his information on it; however if I hit test link I get the test to my email but not the actual form in the same fashion after payment is submitted through paypal. I went back and changed everything to yes under settings to see if he gets a copy of his form and checked my email and when tested again still no copy of the form. What am I doing wrong?

Lol I actually figured it out I had several from when I tested it I cleared
them all now thanks for replying but I had found it soon after I sent
email. Thanks!
