Date Input Not Recognized

 Issue with a form 

A client pointed out that when he tried to submit a form online and put in the date after signing it no matter what he did

it came up as an error as if it didn't recognize the month or the day

so nobody can submit forms

I tried it myself and the same thing happened

I checked one of your form (https://form.jotform.com/52336854547160) on your site (http://cbeauregardlcsw.weebly.com/forms.html). After filling out the fields, I was able to submit the form without an issue. It recognized my input on the Date field.

Are you still experiencing the issue on your end? I would suggest you to use the Date Picker Element instead of a Short Entry text in order for the user to input the date on your form easily.
