    Scheduled email was not sent even when time frame already passed.

    Hello,

    I scheduled an automated email for 2 Jotform Campaigns. See below. Both linked to a survey, but I have had no one respond to the survey.

    Either no one filled ninth survey, or no one received the email.

    Is there a way of telling that the automated emails were in fact sent?

    They are the last emails in the series. Set for a specific date.

    I have checked this form http://www.jotform.co/form/71118011391848 and I can see the last submission was on May 10, but the scheduled email was not sent to this address. 

    I will forward the issue to our second level so our developers can further investigate it, we will let you know as soon as we receive any update about it.

    We are sorry for this inconvenience.

    I was informed by the developer who was assigned to this thread. There has been a short glitch in our system which cause this issue. During that time, the system did not registered the scheduled e-mail. That's why, your scheduled e-mail were not sent.

    On the other hand, this has been already fixed and we can ensure you that this feature works as expected now. If you encounter any similar problem, please inform us immediately. 

    We thank you for your understanding and patience for this matter.

    I have scheduled the emails for 25 May.
    See how we go this time.
    By the way, it would be a lot better feature if you could select a time as
    well as the date,
    and also a time zone.

    For your feature request on making a test submission based on time, I have moved it to a new thread in order for this feature to be handled accordingly.

    I rescheduled the 2 emails that previously did not go,
    and also another two for
    * Product Photography Workshop Sydney
    * Cold Connections Demonstration Adelaide
    Can you please tell me if any of these went, as we have had no responses.

    I checked the submissions of the form (Product Photography Workshop Sydney) and I noticed that the last submission was on May 10. 

    I have also checked the other form (Cold Connections Demonstration Adelaide) and it seems the issue occurs on this form as well. With this in mind, I have now updated the bug ticket.

    We'll let you know in this thread if there are any updates with this matter.
