Disabled form email notice without policy posted

    I just received an email notifying me that my form will be disabled because I reached the 100mb limit.  While I realize there is a limit stated on your site, there is NOTHING stated anywhere on your main pages that says a form will be disabled if you reach that limit.  I read through your FAQ, Pricing and User Guide and did not see anything that indicates this would be the result of hitting the 100mb limit.  I presumed, as anyone else would, that I simply would not have any more space available for files until I delete some of them.  Somebody earlier today uploaded several large files that I was unaware of and as soon as I received your email I deleted them.  This is the first time that my account has come anywhere close to the limit.

    I would like to continue using JotForm and would also like to be able to recommend it to others, but to be very honest I feel as though this is an unfair practice when there is no reasonable way for me to have known the consequences of going over the limit.  It would be greatly appreciated if you can re-instate my form so I can continue using your site and feel good about telling others who would use your paid plans.

    Apologies for this inconvenience. I believed you've already sorted this out. Deleting submissions with files attached on it would help.

    I just want to be clear on your response. The email I received yesterday is below in red and all it says is that I have to upgrade the account if I want to keep using the form. This seems to be stating that once you hit 100mb at any time, you automatically lose the ability to use the form moving forward even if you DO clear up the space. Are you saying that my form will NOT be disabled since I deleted the files right away and created space again? Because the email below does not say anything about keeping my form active by deleting files, only if I uprade.

    Thanks for your reply and apologies for this confusion.

    The email is actually correct, since you've already deleted those files, the temporary disabled schedule will be cancelled, meaning your account will not be disabled anymore. However, if you don't like to delete your data, you should probably consider upgrading to one of our paid plans.

    FYI, you can free up your upload space by deleting submissions with files attached on it when you're running out of space. However, deleting these submissions will not reset your submissions counter.
