Is it possible to customize the submission report to give it to our customers?

We woukd like to give our customer a copy of the health  check but when we print before we submit it's ok but takes about 5 pages

or if we print the submitted report it's then text only and none of the green red amber boxes and dials we created . Is it possible for us to style the completed report so the customer can have a condensed graphical report  showing the bad red and good green boxes along with the percentage dials and perhaps uploaded images
