Form not submitting to Paypal

Created a form. When client submits it continues to "wait" and never goes to paypal to pay. 

I was able to replicate mentioned issue, when I tested your embedded form. I also noticed that captcha field is not loaded. 

However I was not able to replicate same issue, when I tested your standalone form. When I submitted your standalone form, I got redirected to Paypal checkout page.
