Hi, is was editting old entries in the form (https://www.jotform.com/build/70733000966452/) which is linked to google sheet. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18ySu7ar38FniPRTHd6fk1bjV8NcsOPgOfYLb64RzgSQ/edit#gid=0
Somehow, without touching the sheet at all, the sheet stop syncing when I update any entries. (may be i was updating each of them too quickly).
Can you please help push the data through again? How can I solve this problem in the future myself? And if I reintegrate, will all the column come at the same place given I have not change any format of the form before its broke (but I have changed during the integration many times and there were no problems). I ask this because I do importrant and many things after).
Thanks a lot!

I have pushed submissions of the form you provided to your spreadsheet. Please check if all data is now shown.
You can resolve the issue on your end by re-integration your form with Google Spreadsheet. When you re-integrate your form all data will be shown in new spreadsheet and columns will be show in same order as they are shown on submission page of your form. Editing of spreadsheet can sometimes break the integration. Because of that we do not recommend it. If you want to edit your spreadsheet you can use import range function, like my colleage suggest to you on this thread:

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Joanna,
I just reintegrated a new spreadsheet without touching anything from it, just =importrange to other files but when I tried to update the entries, the spreadsheet still doesn't update itself.
I did that 2 more times just to check - both tries didn't work.
Please can you help check again? What should I do?
Thank you

I've cleared your Forn's Cache to refresh your Form from our servers. I've also pushed the missing data on your Integrated Google Spreadsheet. Can you please check if it's there now?
And also, can you please also grant us an access to your integrated google sheet so that we can further check it?
We'll wait for your response.
Regards. -

Hey Christian,
This is my current sheet that is doing the integration.

Please use this link to access. It still doesn't seem to work for me.
Thanks a lot!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
I have sent test submissions to your form(please ignore it) and could see that my submission did not reflect your SpreadSheet.
When I pushed to data your SpreadSheet, I could see my submission.
Also, I have cloned your form in order to test on my side. However, I did not encounter any issue on the integrated SpreadSheet. As you can see below screenshot:
Your form was banned from our system because your integration has too much failed. It is activated now, your integration works properly. You can sure that you will not face this issue again.
If you have any questions or issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.
