Can you set a webhook for all forms instead of having to configure it each time a new form is created in the form builder?

Can you set a webhook for all forms instead of having to configure it each time a new form is created in the form builder? We would like our clients to have the ability to create forms with the integrated Jotform Anywhere form builder, but we don't want them to have to configure the webhook themselves each time. Is there a way we can configure this on an account rather than each form?

    Hello,

Sorry but I am not sure if I understand you. What do you mean by "webhook"? As far as I know, it is a technical term related to HTTP callbacks. (Reference: https://webhooks.pbworks.com/w/page/13385124/FrontPage)

Could you please tell us further regarding the feature you prefer?

As far as I understand, when you configure a form, you prefer that each form you have created will have the same configurations somehow, instead of configuring each of them separately.

Each form has a unique ID, so you have to set the forms separately in JotForm. Besides, lots of form settings are already created as default when you create a new form. For example: when you create a new form a new notification email will be created automatically. Later, you should customize the form settings.

Waiting for your response in order to assist better.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

I just meant instead of setting the webhook URL per form, if you could set it at the Jotform account level so that every form a user created the same webhook would apply to all. It's ok though as I've just seen that you can set the webhook through the API so the user of the form builder doesn't have to do it.

    Hello siobhand,

Unfortunately it is not possible to set webhook URL at account level and apply it to all your form. The only option available is to add the webhook URL manually in each of your form.

    Thank you!
