How to add a tip option in payment tool?

What if the payment varies for square? How can I add a tip option? Also how can I get the Credit card info for later use because we usually charge the credit card on the day of service.

I am not sure if I have understood this. You will be adding the products/services listed in the payment tool which will have a fixed amount or special pricing but it won't change right?

I would suggest you to use regular form fields (single / multiple choice) to list your products/services and (textbox) for tip amount. You can add "Form Calculation" widget to calculate the total amount and pass the calculated amount to your payment question.
