    Why reply to email is not received?

    Hello,We use JOTFORM to register for our courses.When we reply to an e-mail, on some boxes, it seems that our message does not arrive and is not even found in the spams. Yet, they received the first automatic email automatically.Could you do what's necessary to solve the problem?Thanks in advance.Céline Ceusters, WE coordinator of the SportVital

    Could you please share more information, like in which form is this issue happening? 

    Also, you're replying to the submission received right?

    If you can give us the emails that didn't receive your reply it would help us determine the possible cause of that issue.

    We are having the same problem, it just started, I think about a week ago. Clients send in an inquiry and asking to make a reservation, and then we click reply to keep the same string and they do not get the reply nor is it in their spam folder...in the end they call or make a reservation elsewhere.
