Why is my form disabled?

    I get a Form Not Found/Form Is Disabled when I try to view my form live. Is it because I am using the PayPal Pro gateway? I need to collect money that the user will specify themselves, so they need to be donations.

    I have checked your account and found that it got autosuspended because your form "TBC Intro" with ID 71414255144146 is collecting passwords, in violation of our terms of use.
