"Form not found error" on submit form

    I had a note saying developers had fixed the issue but it's still happening.

    Hi, Alex!

    I cleaned cache of your form and I also sent you a test submission in order to check your issue. Please ignore my test submission. I cannot replicate your issue.

    Would you please give it a try and let us know if your problem persists? Also, I would like to recommend you to clear your browser's caches.
