Why I did not receive Notification e-mails

    Hello, i recently created a call back form but once i enter the fields and click submit it says it successful but i am not receiving the email. can you please help?

    I have checked your e-mail history and realized that all e-mail sent to your recipient e-mails successfully. As you can see below screenshot:

    You can check your own History via this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/history

    Please check your Spam folder and click "Not Spam" button for moving your emails to Inbox.

    emails are delayed heavily today

    I tested my notification email and I was not able to replicate the issue. The notification email arrived instantly on my end. Please try using your own SMTP as Sender Email if the issue persists, here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
