Form not found error is displayed after the form is submitted.

    Help out immediately please.

     

    This is one of our largest clients. Please get someone to help out and get this up immediately, would really appreciate it.

    Hello Norman,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to load your form and submit it successfully. I was redirected to thank you page. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Hi there.
    We replaced the source with new source now a few minutes ago.
    We noticed a difference in the 'action' param: the one your system supplied
    yesterday started with 'https://rc......
    The one today seems normal:
    https://submit.jotformpro.com/submit/60272199081961/
    *Can you elaborate on that perhaps, why did the system do that?*

    Hello Norman,

    I did check your webpage URL and it seems you have used your form's full source code. Please note that the action URL "https://submit.jotformpro.com/submit/60272199081961/" is the correct URL.

    Can you please let us know what was the earlier URL you saw? Did you manually change the action URL of your form in source code?
