Our account is vtpf. Our form "Let Us Quote Your Next Project" has a Thank You email set up.
We haven't made any changes to it, it was working fine, and now the Thank You email is not being received from the various tests we have done.
Any idea why it would have stopped coming? When I look, it appears to be set up properly in jotform.
The email is NOT going to our Junk folder.

We apologize for what this issue has caused you. I have made some changes on your form and did a test submission. I also checked the mail log and it is indicated here that the notification mail has been sent successfully, please confirm.

I just tested our online form and the thank you email came through.
