The last several clients I have had that fill out my forms......I am not receiving them. Sometimes it takes them multiple times of filling it out and I then receive them or I never get them. Unsure what the issue is. Is something perhaps not updated? It is very frustrating to not have this step work properly or having to ask client to fill out form numerous times. I first noticed this happen around March although I hadn't used the forms in the few months prior to that.

The email recipient (firstname.lastname@example.org) associated with your forms is not in our bounce list. I checked your email history logs and I didn't see any email address landed on our bounce list. Here's a guide on: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
Could you please check your Spam folder or junk folder? If you see Jotform mails, please mark it as not spam.
