I have a folder with 14 forms. Is there a way to copy the folder with its contents? I know that I can clone each form individually but it would be much quicker to copy the folder.

Thanks for contacting us. Are you going to move all your forms to a new account? If yes, then we can do that for you. But if just want to copy/clone your form to the same account, then as of now there is no option for that, the only way is as you've mentioned to clone the from individually.

ok, thank you for that. I haver started the process of cloning the forms and moving the cloned forms to a new folder BUT my folders have just dissappeared. Where have they gone?!!

I checked your jonathanmassey account, and I found no folders on it.
The only time or means a folder can disappear is if it was deleted... Could it be that your folders on this account was deleted?
If you are the one who deleted them, it should have prompt/warn you prior to deletion. Did this happen on your end?
And as previously stated, only folders are deleted NOT the forms itself. So you should still have the forms.
Please update us.

No, I definitely did not delete the folders. This is very worrying because in time I plan to have possibly one hundred folders each with up to 20 forms. I would be grateful if you could look into this please?

Upon checking your account, and I do found two folders. First folder's name "General - Sail Pleasure Demo" and second folder's name "Paul Miller - Sail Pleasure Demo". Both of this folders contains 15 forms.
Can I copy a JotForm folder?
No, that is not possible. You can only copy or clone your form individually and create another folder.
