Issues validating email for new account

    I just set up a new account a few minutes ago, however, when I clicked the validate email link that was sent to me, the page comes up "Not valid link". I'm not sure if my account is active or not. I would assume not, however, I'm not sure what to do to fix the issue. Could you please look into this and get back to me?
