We received a message that our submission storage is almost full

    hello, we want to thank Jotform for their support. We utilize your service daily to keep track of volunteer applications and fundraising paperwork, and find this to be very useful. We are receiving a message letting us know that our storage is full. We have been trying to delete messages as much as we can, yet the email still comes into our inbox. What can we possibly do to resolve the issue? Your support is really appreciated.

    I have checked your account and found that it's in a good standing, well within the limits. Please note that you do not need to remove any more submissions.
