Lets say i create form 1, 2, 3 relating to a particular event x. After submitting Form 1, its creates submission data that i can download by PDF. 2 days later the customer fills out form 2. and another week later they fill out form 3. How can i keep adding the submitted data to the file naming event X and all their data adding to that ONE pdf file.
Current process: fill out form 1. download and create a folder Event X. Then download form 2 and 3 under that folder. Then use pdf merge to make 1 pdf file and save as compiled "Event X" file.

As I can understand, you want to generate a PDF report with the information submitted in three different forms.
Unfortunately, that is not possible to achieve since you can only create a PDF report from each submission, there is not a way to add multiple submissions to the PDF report.
You could only combine your submissions from different forms with the Combine Submission Data app, but you could only download the data as CSV file: http://combine.jotform.io/
