Can I transfer my form to a different account?

I had my own personal account, but want to take a form I created and transfer it to work-related account so others can access it. Is there a way to export it and then import into a new account or will I have to build it out again in the new account?

I tried to answer twice from my phone, but it wouldn't go through. I would like to transfer my form to gccmusicministry@gmail.com account. I would also like to reactivate the gcc account since it has been a while since I used it.
