Hi - I'm a bit confused about the autoresponder emails. I get that there's an email generated on completion of the form that goes to me to advise that a form has been completed (called Notification). But is the autoresponder one that goes to the form-filler/customer? If I don't want that do I simply delete it?

Yes that's correct. The notification is for you, your team, or your management.
And the autoresponder is for the customer.
Autoresponders can come in useful. For example you can have multiple autoresponders setup with each of them representing different products. When the user selects a product, he receives the custom message for that product (including a picture of the product, product name, price, etc)
And yes, you are right again - if you don't want the autoresponder you can safely delete it. You can always create one later should you change your mind.
