Please note that it takes about 15-20 minutes for an email to come in successfully

I have just tested your form and I can see the email notification is sent instantly:

I also received the email autoresponder instantly:

Could you please try switching the sender email to noreply@jotform.com

If the issue still persists, please try setting up a custom sender email address using the SMTP method, here is the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

Do let us know how it goes.

I beileve  noreply@jotform.com is having the issues,  I switched it and now it is working again

I would verify this with your team to see if  noreply@jotform.com was down earlier or is causing delays

Glad to know you are receiving emails normally now.

We had an issue on May 21 and emails were not sending, the issue was reported and resolved by our developers, although there were some delayed emails. May be you were affected by this issue.

If you keep experiencing problems receiving your notifications, please let us know, we  will be glad to take a look on your form.

Currently I am not using noreply@jotform.com because it seems as though the other stmp is working better

though i will say again for at least a 30 minute period

emails were coming in delayed again for around 15 minutes for not coming in at all

Please take a look at this and test heavily and throughly

    please resolve

    Hello,

If you are using SMTP settings, we don't have control over the emails sent. After the emails reach your SMTP server, we can't do anything about the emails.

    I checked this form:v https://www.jotform.com/71227325282149

and sent a test submission, and the notification email was sent immediately. I see that you are not using SMTP settings.

Can you please check again from your side and turn back to us with the results since this could also be related to the server issue that we have? Please tell us the details about the submissions and emails that were delayed.

    Thank you.

Its off and on, I am using the default email server on your end so you should have control over it

There is delays on your part I am not sure what exactly is going on,

Is there a way you can open a ticket with your tech team the verify the status of your email servers

That's odd, I just cloned your form(https://www.jotform.com/71227325282149), and the notification and autoresponder were sent immediately:

Please try deleting your notification, and set it up again. I have also cleared your forms cache, and let us know if you need more help.
