When I finish my forms and publish them, all looks well. Then when I paste the link in my browser to see how it works, I get a notice that the forms are in "restore mode, please try again later." How can I correct this?

I see that your account is in Dormant mode and so your forms are not being displayed. I have now activated your account and the forms should be viewed normally.
