Why email is not sending to "Reply-to" email address?

We are having the same problem, it just started, I think about a week ago. Clients send in an inquiry and asking to make a reservation, and then we click reply to keep the same string and they do not get the reply nor is it in their spam folder...in the end they call or make a reservation elsewhere.

I have just tested the feature on my end and I can see the reply-to email is properly sent. 

Are your users replying from the email auto-responder that is sent to them? 

May we get the form you're working on? 

I have checked using your email address and could not find an account, please share us the link to your form, we will be glad to take a look on it.

May we get the email address you used to open your account or the form ID you're working on? 

P.S. Your reply did not reach this thread (I found it in my email), seems like you replied to the email you received from this forum, please open this thread in a web browser and post your reply there.

Could you please reply to my submission?

Also, are you replying from your email provider or using the reply-to function from the submissions page?
