I am trying to test out the form and I submitted one form and I am trying to do it again and I am getting the following error message.
Only one submission.

I cloned your form (https://www.jotform.com/71407354258154) and I noticed that you have chosen the option Check cookies only on the Unique Submissions. This means that it limits submission on the same browser. It verifies duplicate submissions using cookies stored in the browsers.
To prevent this you may choose No Check instead so that it will not prevent multiple submissions on the form.
