Activating an account in the Restore Mode

    Hi Jotform,

    I am receiving the above error message. From reading other forum posts, I believe my account needs to be reactivated. Could you please do so?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I have gone ahead and activated your account. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    My account also showing This form is in restore mode, please try again later.
