Forms disabled

    I have checked your account and it is disabled because of the form which is having the terms 'login' in the form. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.  

    Though the password field is deleted from the form, the account is suspended again due to the usage of term 'login'. I have removed the text login from the form and activated your account again. The forms should be displaying normally. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
