Tenants are saying they fill out the application on our site, and when they get to Sign through DocuSign or click submit it won't move further. Says there are errors. I tried making a dummy application to test it and I'm stuck at the same point. What am I doing wrong.
I have no errors in the document to correct but it's going no where.

Please try removing the DocuSign widget and add it again to your form. After that, choose the "No" option on the Auto Submit form in the DocuSign widget wizard. Here's a screenshot:
