My form is in Restore Mode

    Dear Sir or Madam,

     

    After publishing my simple form (Skysight Web Contact Form) either as:

    https://form.jotform.com/71418884619165

    https://form.jotform.us/71418884619165

    https://form.jotform.us/rayhobbs/skysight-web-contact-form

     

    I get the following error message when I select “Preview Form”

    Form not found

    This form is in restore mode, please try again later.

     

    How do I fix this error?

    I have checked your account and I have seen that your account was in the DORMANT mode. This was the reason why your form was in the restore mode.
