I presume this is the guide you are referring to: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later? Please do review the guide again.

Please note that this involves two forms, Form 1 will get some basic information from the user that will be used for creating the session URL. Form 2 will have the session based on the input made on Form 1, note that the data will ONLY be saved in session IF the user hits the "next" or "back" button. If you fill out form 1 and did not hit the next button, then data is not saved in the session. Also, please note that you need to use the session URL given if you want to continue filling out your form.

I tested your form, here's my session link: https://form.jotform.me/63614958571466?session=charmie@jotform.com. You can see that I have saved data on it.

Also, please disable the option "Continue Forms Later":

This option will save previous input in your form in your local browser, what may happen is that it will overwrite the text boxes in your session URL. It's best to disable this option if you are using session URLs to avoid conflict.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you !

The problem was with the URL

Now I have a follow-up question, how do I delete incomplete submissions ?  I tried to press DELETE but they still remain
