    Hello,

We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

Could you please give us a form URL that has a problem? Did you embed that form into any website? If so, please give us the website URL in order to investigate the issue further.

    Thanks in advance.

The above form link was sent by email from the Jotform site. Two clients
have now been unable to get the completed form to return to me. One client
was able to send a different form successfully but it only showed up in my
own email, not as a submission on the jotform page.

The link is actually wrong, instead of the one you used: https://www.jotform.com/build/40688137179869 you should use this one https://www.jotform.com/40688137179869. The problem is you had "build" word in the link causing your form to be in build view and not submittable.

Here is how you can always get the direct link to your form:

    Thank you!
