Why do some people receive an error when they submit?

Hello, 

When filling out a form, a couple of our applicants said that when they hit submit they were given an error and all of their info was erased. The form administrators never received their applications. Usually when someone starts filling out a form their info is saved as long as they use the same computer. Do you know what could be causing this glitch?  Thanks for your help!

Can you ask users what was written as error message or can you ask them for a screenshot of error? Afterwards we can inspect that issue for you
