    Hi,

I set up a new baptismal prep class form yesterday and there seems to be multiple issues with it that I haven't encountered before.

One, the original one that went through did not not reach the email address it is supposed to on our end.

Two, in trying it again this morning I'm getting a message that multiple submissions are not allowed.  I tried changing it to a 1000 submission limit and it still doesn't work.  I've never had this happen and have created many forms on here.

Any idea why this form isn't working properly!

    Thank you

    Hello spxcrumitie,

I did check your form and found that you have enabled "Unique Submission" in your form's setting to "Check cookies only". Please check the screenshot below:

Please note that if check cookies is enabled, multiple submissions from same computer browser will be disabled. That is the reason why you are seeing this error message.

I would suggest you to please disable the "Unique Submission" setting and that should solve your problem.

I have moved your second question related to submission email to a new thread so that we can address it separately. You will be answered in the following thread:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/1153446

    Thank you!
